Getting started
Build a simple daily practice with four core tools. There is no account to create before you begin.
- Step 1 · Gratitude
Add your first note
Open Manifestly and tap the + button on the home screen to add notes.
- Step 2 · Affirmation
Tap the circle to affirm
On the Affirmation screen, tap the center circle to increase your affirmation count, or tap Change Affirmation to switch to a new one.
- Step 3 · Vision board
Upload your images
On the Vision Board screen, tap the image icon to upload photos from your library and build your visual goals.
- Step 4 · Identity
Create an identity card
On the Identity screen, tap + to create a new card — customize the name, title and avatar to match your future self.
Optional: turn on iCloud sync
Settings → Sync keeps your content available on every device signed in with the same Apple ID. It is also your only backup.
Common questions
The app is not working as expected
Force-quit Manifestly and reopen it, then check that you are on the latest version in the App Store. If the problem persists, write to hi@manifestly.org with your device model and iOS version — it saves a round trip.
Premium features are not unlocked
Open the app and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought the subscription with. If it still does not unlock, send us the date of purchase and we will help.
iCloud sync is not working
Check that Settings → Sync is on in Manifestly, that iCloud Drive is enabled in your iOS settings, and that both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID. Sync runs through your own iCloud account, so a full iCloud storage quota will stop it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal; your content stays on your device.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Developers cannot issue refunds directly. If Apple declines and you think something went wrong, write to us and we will help you chase it.
Can I get my data out?
Your content is already on your device rather than on our servers. If you uninstall the app without iCloud sync enabled, it is gone and we cannot restore it — so turn sync on if you want a backup.
Is Manifestly really free?
Yes, and it is not a trial. The free plan has no expiry and no ads: 7 gratitude notes, 5 affirmations, 5 vision boards and 3 identity cards, with the full affirmation library. Premium removes those limits and adds iCloud sync.
What does Premium add?
Unlimited notes, affirmations, vision boards and identity cards, plus iCloud sync and backup across your devices. Price is shown in the App Store and in the app. See the features page for a comparison table.
What happens to my content if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing notes, boards and cards stay on your device; you simply cannot add new ones beyond the free limits until you resubscribe.
Subscriptions and billing
Manifestly Premium is managed entirely by Apple.
- Start or cancel a subscription
Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, on your device.
- Restore a purchase
Use the Restore Purchases button inside the app, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.
- Request a refund
Through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Developers cannot issue refunds directly.
